SHIPPING TERMS
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES PER ADDRESS
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items.
Most purchases are shipped to arrive in your home within 7-10 business days of order receipt, in the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
SHIPPING
Merchandise total + delivery and processing charges per address (processed during checkout) + $7.00 per address for rush delivery (if applicable) + sales tax per delivery address (see "prices and sales tax" below) = total.
RETAILERS
Retailers will receive free shipping for orders of $250 or more. COD orders are charged an additional $6. Minimum quantity is $100.
DELIVERY
All products are shipped via UPS and calculated in the online checkout. ALL OREDERS REQUIRE 24-48 HOURS PROCESSING TIME BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, INCLUDING OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY AIR AND 3 DAY SELECT SHIPMENTS! Please take this in to consideration when placing your order, if you need your order expedited a charge of $7.00 will apply.
RUSH
For an additional charge of $7.00 per address we can expedite delivery and processing for many items. Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday-Thursday will be processed the same business day and shipped according to the delivery method specified by the recipient; orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped the same day according to the delivery method specified. We're sorry, this service is not available for out of stock items, or items shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES

BACK ORDERS
In some cases, we may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
PRICES + SALES TAX
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped within North Carolina. The local sales tax for delivery destination is charged. Online purchases outside of NC are not taxed and therefore the purchaser is liable for reporting sales tax at their state rate.
