My Yoga 2 Go is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. To ensure each customer is completely satisfied, we guarantee all My Yoga 2 Go products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards.
Less than 30 Days
My Yoga 2 Go accepts returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for all non-defective My Yoga 2 Go merchandise that is returned out of the original packaging.
In order to process a return/exchange, we must receive ALL of the following:
Returned merchandise in clean condition
Proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt)

My Yoga 2 Go will not be held liable for packages lost in transit. We recommend you insure your package and/ or use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
